Born in Washington DC and raised in Belgium, France and England Audrey Laurent has been working in Hospitality for over 20 years with a focus on Hotel Operations, particularly on high end properties that cater to the entertainment and fashion industries.
Audrey started her career with the leader of Boutique Hotel Development, Ian Shrager, at the Paramount Hotel. She then worked for 10 years at Andre Balazs’ Mercer Hotel, establishing herself as Operations Manager and Sales and VIP Relations Officer. Most recently Audrey was responsible for designing and directing the sales department for the Bowery Hotel in NYC. Audrey has collaborated with the BD Hotel Group for 14 years serving as a Consultant, General Manager, Sales Director and Operations Manager for a number of their boutique hotels.
As Founding Member and Principal at Coy LLC and Mac&Lo Hospitality, she has designed Revenue Management Strategies, Property Operations, Standard Operating Procedures, Concept Design and Training Programs for The Ace Hotel (NYC), Z Hotel (Long Island NY), Nolitan Hotel (NYC), Ette (NYC) and Rainbowland Marina (Tianjin, China).
Mac&Lo and its members have developed, consulted, managed and participated in several hotel and restaurant operations in Detroit, New York, Queens, Long Island, Miami & China.
Born and raised in Spain Sergio has over 20 years of experience in Hospitality. His professional career has taken him through the ranks of management with The Terence Conran Group, Jean Georges, Danielle’s, Dennis Foy and executive Directorships as Operations Manager for Soho and Tribeca Grand Hotels, Director of Operations for Delicatessen Group, Ruby’s LLC and most recently Corporate Director of Operations at The One Group, a publicly traded company with over 1000 employees and 150 million in yearly revenue with assets in LA, Las Vegas, Miami, Atlanta, Washington, NYC and London.
Sergio is a Founding Member and Principal of Coy LLC and Mac&Lo Hospitality and specializes in Business and Operation systems and Asset Management. He has worked on the Operations, Development and Opening for several Hospitality concepts and applications as well as non-disclosure consultations for major groups. He has a Hotel Development certification from NYU University, NYC.
